R&D Executive
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for coordinating and executing product development projects.
- Provide technical research and support to the marketing and operations team.
- Assist in the research of functional ingredients to implement designated new products.
- Collect and analyze data for progress reports.
- Conduct statistical analyses of data sets.
- Create presentation slides and posters to help researchers present findings.
- Check facts, proofread, and edit research documents to ensure accuracy.
- Request equipment or supplies necessary for R&D projects.
- Provide ready access to all R&D data for management.
- Participate in the design, administration, and monitoring of production trials for new products.

Quality Executive
Responsibilities :
- Responsible to prepare quality assurance plan and quality control processes or procedures.
- Work closely with Production Executive to ensure products are manufactured according to specifications.
- Liaise with authorities’ representatives and client representatives pertaining to quality matters.
- Supervise and report quality performance to the Management.
- Perform other related duties as required by superiors.
