a. Minimalist Process (MiP)
- Our coating process is designed to have no excess foam to drain. There is no additional coated surface processing using water or ionic salt. Therefore, no waste is generated at source, the 1st R of the 3Rs (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle)
b. Energy Conserving Process (ECP)
- A compact and multi-layered oven design for effective heat retention and circulation. Our washing + drying process incorporates a recycling process to minimize water consumption.
Thumb Crotch Reinforcement
Our thumb crotch reinforcement machine and molds are designed and built entirely in-house. Using our proprietary formulation, we offer enhanced protection to the thumb crotch area of the gloves for improved durability and performance.
Palm texturing
With our dedicated team of engineers, we can design custom palm textures for your gloves to enhance grip, especially on oily surfaces, providing improved control and safety.

Grip testing
We take the performance of our gloves seriously, which is why we developed the Grip Force Tester. It's our very own in house developed, patent pending equipment to measure the grip power of our gloves. We want to make sure all our gloves are crafted to give you the ultimate grip experience.
